Each year, the approximately 120 employees at the Ritschenhausen/Thüringen plant process over 10’000 tons of dried vegetables, herbs, spices, mushrooms and naturally grown pharmaceutical raw goods, as well as 2'000 tons of precooked pulses.

For the treatment of stocks, there are a number of possibilities such as CO2 pressurized disinfestation, PH3 gassing and BIOSTERIL degermination. All of these processing methods are also available on a contract basis.
