We are Christian Rückert, 32, CBO (Chief Beef Officer), master butcher in the 6th generation, Alexandra Iannotti, 31, CEO, Björn Saier, 30, partner and Dominik Stegmann, 28, partner.

In addition to our long-standing friendship, we also share a passion for good, healthy food and a love of our homeland, the Black Forest. In autumn 2016 we founded Black Forest Snacks GmbH and in May 2018 we launched another product series with our high-quality Barbecue Rubs (dry marinades). With our products we want to inspire people to pay attention to healthy nutrition as well as to sustainable production and the necessity to question industrial mass production from time to time and to go shopping with open eyes.

In addition, we operate our Black Forest Concept Store in the heart of Freiburg, where we sell sustainably produced luxury and lifestyle products from start-ups, manufacturers and family businesses in the region.
