Coconut Chips are healthy snacks which keep all the benefits of coconut oil. They are carefully prepared from the pure white meat of mature coconuts grown, freshly harvested, husked and shelled in Thailand.

The raw coconut meat is then sliced and toasted with cane or coconut sugar and sea salt. This is done at a very low temperature to preserve the full integrity of nutrients. They are a good source of protein and fiber. They are very popular in Asia and in the US - not only as a snack, but also to liven up dishes from all around the world.
