About Benedikt Daschner - chocolate3
At some point there comes the point where you have to decide how to go on. I also stood at this point after my Abitur. Physics study or my passion for baking to the I decided to make a career. I decided very quickly for the latter. After the training as a confectioner followed a time with many practical experiences at home and abroad, to which among other things the master school for confectioners in Cologne belonged. Since then I worked on realizing my own vision. That's how chocolate3 came into being.
