We are asked again and again: Why do you actually make pancakes? For all those who are curious: Here is our story.

Who doesn't know it: getting out of bed in the morning is already difficult enough. Preparing a delicious breakfast afterwards is a real challenge for many people. Not to mention washing the dishes! One simply likes to skip breakfast.

We have never belonged to the passionate early risers. But despite the time pressure in the morning we didn't want to do without a delicious breakfast. And since we don't want to eat muesli every day, we started looking for alternatives.

At an organic fair we were presented with milk and eggs in powder form.

Then it clicked: With these ingredients it would be possible to make baking mixes that can be prepared super fast and conveniently. Success guaranteed!

On the same day we bought the ingredients and started developing the first pancake varieties.

The more we dealt with the topic, the more fascinating we found it. Pancakes are known practically all over the world. Depending on the region, they are made and served with different recipes and ingredients. And not only for breakfast but practically with every meal!

We were and are convinced that many people feel the way we did: they are looking for a breakfast alternative.

And with our baking mixes there is now a solution.
