Happy Coffee stands for fair traded premium coffee from Mexico, which is good for everyone! Instead of relying on a Fairtrade seal, the team flies regularly to Mexico to see for themselves the product and quality of life of the Indian smallholders who have joined forces in cooperatives. The Mexican Happy Coffee raw coffee comes from controlled organic cultivation and is imported directly from the Chiapas region on the slopes of the Sierra Madre. Follow us on Instagram for insights into our daily lives. Naturally organic and fair traded by direct trade, the Happy Coffee coffee is characterized by its naturally mild aroma. It is almost completely free of tasty acids and therefore very well tolerated by frequent drinkers. Due to the purity of the variety (100% Single Origin Arabica beans), the taste is not falsified by adding other beans.

We currently roast the coffee beans in a small family roasting plant in Hamburg in two variants: Espresso and the slightly milder coffee. It's best to try both and decide for yourself.
