We, Jonas and Kevin, are the founders of prepmymeal. From a young age, we have been passionate about sports and the associated interest in healthy nutrition. Unfortunately, especially a balanced diet is often neglected in the stressful working day and you can't find suitable providers outside of work. With prepmymeal we want to help you to integrate healthy nutrition into your everyday life. To make this possible, we simply deliver healthy meals to your home or workplace. This saves you valuable time in the kitchen, which you can spend with your loved ones. In our partner kitchens, your dishes will be cooked and prepared with passion. After cooking, the food is cooled down to about 3 °C within 90 minutes to preserve all vitamins and minerals. The food is mostly sourced from regional suppliers. Only fresh ingredients and meat from German species-appropriate animal husbandry are used. This way we guarantee the best quality for your dishes. We do not use any flavor enhancers or artificial additives and we keep the list of ingredients short, understandable and transparent. Your meals are always cooked, weighed and portioned according to exact specifications. There is a high degree of standardization here to guarantee the best quality meals throughout. After portioning, your meals are sealed airtight. Then they are packed together with the cooling elements ready for shipment in the carton insulated with stoh. The cold chain is maintained in the package for up to 48 hours and your meals arrive fresh. UPS picks up the packages and delivers them to you the next morning.
