Eileen and Mona are not only the founders of Lini's Bites, but also best friends and passionate foodies. Eileen's passion has been baking since childhood. She has been baking for some time now. After being diagnosed with gluten and lactose intolerance, she began to develop her own recipes that were free of gluten, lactose and refined sugars, but rich in high-quality ingredients. The vision of bringing her own snack to the market grew year after year. And so she experimented for months in her home kitchen. Mona, who has been an enthusiastic tester of Eileen's baking experiments since day one, saw quickly realized the potential of the snacks and finally convinced her friend to make her dream come true.
