Already in 2017 the starting signal was given in cooperation with 12 organic farmers. With a yield of over 10 tons, the Alpine pioneers have recultivated food hemp in our Alps. As a result, the partnerships were expanded to 30 organic farmers in 2018 with tremendous echo and wind in the sails. "We can change a lot if we consider what we eat and where it comes from," says sports professional Nicolas Müller. "Vegetable protein is becoming increasingly important, especially in competitive sports," he adds. Nicolas is a "Tastemaker", as the Americans call him iconic, and as an ambassador he contributes to salon fitness. And that's why the hemp nut (hemp seed) is used to extract everything it contains, and that's an enormous amount. Thus the probably most underestimated useful plant of mankind becomes again part of our menu.
