Kaffee Gin Münster GbR

Prütt Gin is the gin from the Münsterland region and a tasteful homage to coffee.

The best beans from Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia are freshly roasted especially for Prütt Gin by the small coffee roaster Herr Hase. Then, together with 12 high-quality botanicals such as juniper, lemon, rosemary and mint, they are first macerated in the Sasse fine distillery and then distilled in a traditional 20-litre Copper Pot Still distillery.

Finally, the distillate is mixed with clear, soft water from the region and the drinking strength is reduced to 45% by volume.
