Rübbelberg UG (haftungsbeschränkt)

Three men, one passion: egg liqueur.

RÜBBELBERG, to be exact. To think egg liqueur anew - that was the goal, which let us, Christopher, Philipp and Sebastian (in the picture in arbitrary order) for the first time tinker together in our kitchens in summer 2017.

It was important to us from the beginning that we don't just create another egg liqueur, but something new. The result is a liqueur that is incomparable: genuine organic vanilla from Madagascar in abundance, an essence of fruity lime, grain from a family manufactory and exclusively organic egg yolk. Lactose-free, of course.

So now: whether pure, on ice, with a leaf of mint, for dessert, as dessert, with coffee, in coffee, in White Russian (or is it not even called "RÜBBi"-Russian?), as RÜBBELBERG martini, with a dash of passion fruit or Grenadine- RÜBBELBERG is a pleasure at any time and any opportunity.
