Christiane Zimmermann was born in Mainz in 1980 and has been working with passion in the kitchen for over 25 years. Out of this passion, after working as a banker for almost 11 years, she completed an apprenticeship as a state-certified housekeeper and graduated as the best of her year in Rhineland-Palatinate. It was with this background that she founded her own manufactory in 2015. There she makes homemade jams, special chutneys, delicious fruit spreads and more.
