The KEiMSTER heads Michael came into contact with germinated muesli for the first time in America. There were already some companies there that wrote "sprouted" on their products. As he was very familiar with the germination process through his training in prevention and fitness and his many years of work as an independent nutritionist, he became aware of how clever foods of this kind are - he decided to implement the idea in his own company and bring germinated muesli to Europe.

Erik already knows Michael from school. Even then, the two of them shared a passion for exchanging information about healthy nutrition. Before Michael told him about his idea, Erik worked as an independent financial consultant for several years. Shortly afterwards, however, it was clear that he wanted to set up KEiMSTER together with Michael. From now on, Erik takes care of the finances and drives the topic of germination with all his heart. Both want their product, the organic basic muesli from germinated oats, spelt & buckwheat, to be known throughout Germany.
