Werksta.tt develops a computer system with intelligent baking planning which helps bakeries to better coordinate production and sales in order to minimize excess production. Based on past sales figures, weather forecasts and other relevant parameters, our algorithm predicts how many baked goods will be sold the next day. Our forecast can be viewed and adjusted by the store manager or sent directly to the head office.
