About Elimba
We, Barbara and Elias, the founders of Elimba, are adventurous South American, natural and food researchers. Our great enthusiasm for cocoa has developed during extensive South American trips. We both experienced the cultivation and processing of cocoa as a fascinating local event. The cocoa as a plant, also its plant spirit in the shamanic sense, with its exciting ingredients and its incredibly good taste captivated our attention so much that we decided to make our knowledge about cocoa and our experiences with its beneficial effects widely known in Europe. This led to the creation of Elimba and the development of the Criollo ball.
