Fooditive

Our product, Fooditive sweetener ®, is unique because it is the world’s first sweetener to be industrially manufactured by a fermentation process through the extraction’s fructose from apples and pears. These fruits are used as the starting ingredients and are fermented using yeast to yield zero calorie sweetener. Once this process is under way, the product is sprayed dried to 99.5% purity from the filtered and concentrated fermentation potage.​​​​​​
