Founder Lars has made it his business to produce the best nut and seed oils.

15 years in the food truck scene, gastronomy and food industry have led to go this way and to found an oil manufactory, which does not focus on profit but on quality.

5 more "teaching" years were needed to develop the right seeds, nuts and production processes to produce the best nut and seed oils in our opinion.

We press our seeds and nuts very gently, and especially slowly at low pressure with a screw press. This way the oil yield is low, but the quality is incredibly good.

Our oils are not treated after pressing and are bottled by hand unfiltered.

Once you have tasted our oil, you will never want to miss it in the kitchen again, and in the future it will be a delight to the palate.
