For the founders of B. just bread, Thomas & Susanne Gill, baking is the "daily bread". But first a baker from New York had to fly by to give them the idea of B. just bread. Even in hip, trendy New York, everyone knows that the best bread comes from Germany. It's not for nothing that we have named a whole meal after it in this country - the evening meal. The aforementioned US baker therefore sought the advice of Thomas Gill in order to finally sell a modern, healthy, German bread on the famous Green Market in New York City.
