"Havelwasser" is the first drink from the Havelwasser product family, a new drink made from pear juice and wine, carbonated. "Havelwasser" is the antithesis of Alsterwasser: instead of beer and soda, it is pear juice and wine. Since the poem by Theodor Fontane about Herr Ribbeck zu Ribbeck in Havelland, in whose garden there was a pear tree, this drink can only be called "Havelwasser".

The first public presentation of "Havelwasser" took place in March 2015 at Internorga, the leading trade fair for the out-of-home market in Hamburg. Since then, "Havelwasser" has shown very dynamic growth. In the meantime, "Havelwasser" is in the assortment of around 300 specialist retailers, as well as in a large number of gastronomies.

In the meantime, the Havelwasser product family includes other drink specialities. The unifying element between all the drinks is the pear. There is the "EierBirne", a liqueur with pear and egg, the "Havler", a herbal liqueur with pear, or the "Havelbrand", a fine Williams-Christ pear brandy.

All products are lovingly produced in the artisan tradition of small manufactories and winegrowers.
