About Kombuco
Since the end of 2018, we have been brewing the best kombucha in a disused butcher's shop. For us as a young family, this was a cold jump into the water, which is now proving to be the right thing to do. Drinking kombucha only makes sense: it's full of microorganisms that are important for us. Besides, it's delicious and refreshing.
