N!CK'S

Founded in Sweden in 2017 by Carl Backlund and Niclas Luthman, N!CK'S has expanded its Better For You snacking treats to 16 markets, including the US, Germany and the UK. All Nick's products - from candy bars and waffles to sweeteners for cooking and baking and ice cream - are low in calories, with no added sugar, gluten or palm oil. Instead of sugar and artificial sweeteners commonly used in confectionery, Nick's uses innovative ingredients typically found in nature, such as xylitol (birch sugar from trees), sweet fibre from corn, erythritol (a natural sweetener from plums and pears) and stevia (an extract from the stevia plant). Products available in Germany currently include: Nick's ice cream, Nick's wafer bars, the company's confectionery range, with more products to be launched in the coming months.
