Since our founding in 1933 weights for various applications are manufactured in our company in Oberrot.

With the advent of electronics in weighing the position of the weight changed fundamentally. It changed from a weighing instrument (together with the balance) for calibration and testing equipment for weighing and measuring devices.

The requirements for the weight units were steadily higher, the more accurate and high-resolution electronic load cells could be made.

We are acknowledging the challenge and adopted in time. Rationalization and the use of modern technology now allow us a leading position in the field of modern weight pressworkManufacture.

Each HÄFNER blank is brought from special materials in the form. The latest casting technology and high-precision CNC machine tools are important components of the production. Top know-how and advanced surface finishing technology ensure a consistently high precision for each HÄFNER blank.

What comes after that craftsmanship is pure.

With great experience and sensitivity our employees work each weight to the predetermined weight value.

Employed each processing step is the most accurate scales tested with calibrated standard weights. The environmental conditions are monitored continuously.

Each perfect HÄFNER weight piece is cleaned before delivery again, final inspection and on demand a certificate (eg DKD) created, documenting the quality and recirculates to the national standard.
