Clever Cakes

I am Elina and baking is my great passion. For years I have been baking and designing elaborate fondant cakes with great attention to detail. I rarely had to worry about possible souvenirs or gifts for the next celebration, as my family and friends usually requested one of my cake creations. I could spend hours, even days, on a new creation. However, with my own personal family expansion, I could no longer devote enough time and patience to my passion. Because who doesn't know this as a parent? The little ones demand you all day and then when they sleep, your own battery is also empty. When I thought about a time-saving solution for making a fondant cake, I think to myself, "Why not do it upside down, or the other way around, or start from the top....?" Then there's no more tedious smoothing and shaping of the fondant mixture. Plus, it doesn't eat up so much time, which is in short supply for me anyway. And so "Clever Cakes - Simply Clever Cakes" was born. The fondant shell is already pre-shaped - and it's for the whole cake, not just as a cover on top. All you have to do is fill this shell and just turn it over - clever, isn't it? The matching decorations are already included, too, and just need to be tucked in or glued on. I still feel like I'm making the cake myself. Only I've added little tools so that the kneading, shaping and spreading doesn't take so much time. My children always look forward to the next celebration and I can also conjure up great cakes for friends again.
