Riken Vitamin was founded in 1949, when it started its production of natural Vitamin A in Tokyo.Our vision of sustainable production guides our philosophy to provide health, rich culinary lifestyles while also considering environmental protection.Riken has been specialised in the manufacture of food emulsifiers, stabilisers, emulsifying systems, as well as natural tocopherols, natural colourings, natural seasonings, nutraceuticals and vitamin blends.Our products are used for processing in most food industry sectors, including bakery, confectionery, dairy, noodles, margarine, convenience food, meat, chewing gum and others.Riken operates in 75 countries, with 17 plants worldwide and 3 application centres in Japan, Singapore and China.
