Milk is our strength. All specialist areas of the dairy industry in the Allgäu can be found among the member companies of the MVAS. Cheese is historically linked to the Allgäu. But milk, mixed milk drinks, whey, whey products, whey powder, yoghurt, milk powder in all conceivable specifications and milk-based foodstuffs can also be found in the product range of the modern Allgäu dairy industry. Strong branded products play an important role in national and international trade, exports and imports. "Innovation by tradition" since the founding of the MVAS could be the guiding principle. The promotion of quality and sales of Allgäu dairy products has top priority and is defined as the association's goal. Networking from grass to glass, from the base, the milk producer SPITALHOF, via the processing MOLKEREISCHULE to the quality center MUVA has been the MVAS's concept for success for 125 years.
