YOLOTL offers gourmet food with the authentic "Sabor de México" made from fresh, high quality ingredients without flavor enhancers or preservatives. Handmade with love.

That's how it came about: Since I came to Germany in 2010 I missed the delicious Mexican food. Because many "Mexican" restaurants or "Mexican" products are miles away from what we eat and love in Mexico.

Food not only fills us up, it makes us happy! So I decided to share this happiness with others and pass on the Latin American way of enjoying and living through YOLOTL Sabor de México. Not only for Mexicans and Latin Americans who miss their homeland, but also for all Europeans who love or want to know our food and culture.

But not only the taste and the ingredients give our products a unique character. The brand name and design are also consciously based on indigenous traditions and their language of form and imagery. YOLOTL is my middle name and means "heart" in the indigenous Nahuatl language of the Aztecs. As a brand name, there could be nothing more appropriate for me, because I run the company with all my heart and put a lot of love and effort into the products.

Quality, fairness and passion for the cause always go before profit and mass production for me. I will keep this philosophy also in the future. The brand YOLOTL produces and distributes only products with the real Sabor de México and the best ingredients.
