With our vision in mind, we cooked with a lot of passion, experimented and burned our hands until our malty chocolate liqueur was perfect. After the monks turned brewing beer into an art, the name for our new creation from beer was obvious: HEILAND.

HEILAND stands for genuine manual work and added value. In 2015 we established our own manufactory in the heart of Hallertau, the oldest hop-growing region in the world.

The special thing about HEILAND is that, despite the mild 23 % vol., a wide variety of aromas with notes of malt, chocolate, dark fruits and caramel can be discovered perfectly at room temperature. These intense tastes also make HEILAND an exciting cocktail spirit. HEILAND gives long drinks or classic cocktails their very own touch.
