OURZ is a supply chain management platform that uses block chains and artificial intelligence to create transparency in supply chains and incentives for fair cooperation. OURZ's open, decentralised platform was designed for future-oriented companies for whom sustainability, quality and fairness are a future competitive advantage. The individual production steps and transport routes are stored transparently and invariably in the block chain. This enables the consumer to reliably trace the origin and processing history of the products. For producers and processing companies, a clear platform for intelligent supply chain management is offered, which offers the possibility of forming coalitions with suitable strategic partners. In addition, AI algorithms generate analyses and concrete recommendations for action, which additionally optimize the efficiency of the supply chains. Founded in 2018, OURZ will initially focus primarily on the organic food industry. The platform itself, however, is designed to be industry-independent and can be used wherever end-to-end transparency and traceability bring particularly great advantages - for example in the pharmaceutical, retail, manufacturing or logistics sectors.
