Diploma master brewer & beer sommelier Friedrich Carl Richard Matthies, called Fiete, comes from Hamburg- Finkenwerder. He has been running the brewery since 2014 as a family business with the support of his brothers. Fiete initially founded the "Kehrwieder Kreativbrauerei" in Hamburg in 2012. Previously, he worked as a brewer in Rostock and Berlin, in brewery plant construction in France and as a trainer in two new breweries in Spain.
