The alcohol-free alternative to gin without compromises in taste. Noa Drinks GmbH was founded in September by StellaOriana Strüfing and Christian Zimmermann in Berlin. The vision is to create more choice of tasty non-alcoholic drinks that naturally recreate the enjoyment of well-known spirits. The team combines food tech and business expertise in one. Stella Strüfing studied Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship in Berlin and the Netherlands and worked the last years as a coach for Tech Startups. Christian Zimmermann studied food technology in Switzerland and developed Food & Beverage innovations for the industry.
