A spicy mixed beer drink with ginger - that's what Alex from Munich actually wanted to bring out a few years ago.

But it didn't really catch fire back then, although everyone really did help. But the drink never made it into the bottle.

Until his football team mate, Siggi, found out about the plans. Siggi comes from a brewery dynasty, he knows his way around the shop and the market, and he has put his foot down: Yes, the ginger thing, let's try that again now, it tastes great.

So Siggi and Alex started up the juicer again, got drunk on some research and developed a recipe. A recipe that is now available as "Ginger Foolish", which we are a bit proud of.

A lot of work went into each and every bottle, from finding a ginger syrup producer to label design to bottling at the brewery.
