The special thing about Pasta di Monaco is its freshness and purity. In our pasta factory in Munich's Westend, we process high-quality cereals from the heart of Munich, natural and free from preservatives or other additives.
We produce fresh pasta to order and bring it to your home free of plastic.
Our most important ingredient is flour.
We are fascinated by the variety of cereals. We use spelt flour, emmer flour, kamut flour or high-quality durum wheat semolina, all types of flour have an extremely high nutritional value. We obtain our flours from the last mill in Munich that is still grinding, the Hofbräuhaus Kunstmühle - Jakob Blum.
