Mosca launches new web presence on 50th company anniversary
• New website clearly structured according to industry, application or product
• Icons visually point the way to subpages
• Optimum display on mobile devices
Mosca GmbH based in Waldbrunn, Germany, is launching its new web presence on the occasion of its 50th company anniversary. Visitors can now navigate with just one click to information on applications, industry or product solutions offered by the strapping specialists. A new section devoted to strapping material is prominently displayed. Responsive design principles mean that the website content automatically adapts to different screen sizes for optimum display on mobile and other devices.
"The new structure and improved usability make it easy for new customers to learn about our technologies, machines, materials and services and how strapping can be the right solution for their requirements", says Mosca GmbH Marketing Director Frank Mutschler. Mosca's homepage outlines strapping solutions for different applications and industries. An overview of the company's portfolio of machines, units, systems and straps also features prominently. Stylish, bold icons direct visitors to the subpages with further information.
Site visitors can easily select the information that interests them most: potential new customers may want to learn about strapping as a secure solution for a variety of different applications, while existing customers may prefer to find out more about new machines or services. "Customers who have known us and our products for a long time will still be able to find their way around as before," Mutschler explains. "They can continue to use the search filters to look for suitable machines or straps." Site visitors also conveniently find the relevant Mosca specialist for their needs via the contact information on the individual subpages.
Higher profile for strapping material
The Waldbrunn strap portfolio now has a higher online profile with a dedicated section on the new website. Mosca has been producing strapping materials at one of Europe's most modern sites in Muckental, Germany, since 2008. This is where production continues around the clock in a fully automated process. A dedicated subpage now outlines numerous facts on the strapping materials used, explanations of their various applications, and information on the sustainability of the different strap types. "The dual-color concept creates a visual distinction between our machine portfolio and our strap portfolio", Mutschler explains. "All of the sections focusing on our machines and systems are colored in the traditional Mosca blue. The subpages referring to strapping have a pale green background."
The domain itself, however, has not changed and the company's website can still be found at www.mosca.com.
