AILIMPO - ASOCIACIÓN INTERPROFESIONAL DE LIMÓN Y POMELO

AILIMPO, the Lemon and Grapefruit Interprofessional Association, is constituted as an organisation that brings together representatives of the economic activities linked to the production, trade and processing of lemons and grapefruits in Spain with the aim of achieving the structuring of the sector and defending its general interests in such a way as to favour contact and cohesion between the producers, traders, exporters and processors of lemons and grapefruits in Spain. The creation of this interprofessional organisation is the result of the efforts, concerns and vision of people who have been working to promote products which, until now, have been included generically in the citrus fruit group but which are characterised by production, marketing and consumption characteristics which are quite different from those of oranges and small citrus fruits.
