Established in 1892, the Wiechers & Helm Group has been active in International trade ever since. Our main product lines are chemical and pharmaceutical raw materials, quartz and quartz related products, machinery and special tools, spices and herbs.

As a service provider for foreign trade we import, export and transit trade on our own account, as well as on behalf of our clients or suppliers.

Wiechers & Helm Group combines its many years of experience in International trade to create a highly effective global network. We pride ourselves on our integrity, and assure our client that their business will be handled in a most professional manner.

Our group consists of three distinct companies specialized in their respective fields.

WIECHERS & HELM: As our oldest Branch Wiechers & Helm has managed to satisfy customer demands and adapt to the changing global markets for over 125 years. Based on our close and long-term relations with the European, and especially German, multinational chemical industry, we are in an advanced position to supply branded products, often geographically unrestricted. OPC O. PRIESS: Since its foundation in 1954 OPC O. PRIESS has developed three business lines. EXPORT: Acting as Exporter, Buying Office or Distributor for technical items, machinery, tools, spares, sundries etc. in the Latin American Market (mainly Argentina, Brazil and Chile). QUARTZ: Major supplier of quartz to the world market specialized in natural quartz crystals, quartz sands, as well as quartz glass products. CHEMICALS: Specialized in the international supply of chemical and pharmaceutics.

HELLMUTH CARROUX: For over 85 years Hellmuth Carroux has been a specialist for spices, herbs, medical and chemical raw materials and is a key supplier in all Latin American and Sub-Saharan African markets. Our special strengths are consolidated shipments.
