Napasol supplies pasteurization and sterilization equipment for reducing the microbial load in low moisture foods. The technology is suitable for treating dry fruit, nuts and seeds, herbs, spices and botanicals and other dry ingredients without altering the quality of the products. The precise control of saturated steam conditions efficiently eliminates pathogens and reduces the microbial load without necessitating a drying step. Custom built units allow matching the customer needs with throughputs ranging from 200kg/h to 13t/h. Our static pasteurizers are suited for products of medium to large size, whereas our rotary units are ideal for powders and small particles.
