Technological innovation and traditional experience of Premana’s cutlery factories: a winning combination that helped Fazzini Technology to plan and manufacture its professional sharpeners.

The company was established in this historical town worldwide known for its blades and did never forget the teaching of the old cutlery masters. In 1988 Fazzini Technology started manufacturing the company’s most important production: several models of professional sharpeners for knives and scissors able to simply and effectively solve all sharpening problems.

This modern knife-grinder with its sharpeners machines soon conquered the Italian and foreign market becoming widely used by butchers, grocers, restaurants, canteens, ironmongeries and industry. Thanks to the collaboration with the users and to the observance of their requirements, Fazzini Technology completes its production by introducing a high-quality professional and kitchen cutlery line.

During these years, the need of a bigger space, new logistic and customer service requirements became a priority and led the company to move to Introbio during the year 2000.

The new structure was divided into three departments: planning, production, warehouse and logistic. Special care was taken to the preparation of the showroom for wholesale and retail sail. Moreover, a specialized professional sharpening service is at the customers’ disposal. Fazzini Technology wants to be a point of reference for all persons who use blades for professional, necessity or passion reasons and want to obtain maximum efficiency.
