• The name Brückner also represents expertise in the area of re-processed air- and freeze-dried vegetables, herbs and fruit. Carefully sourced raw materials are cleaned, re-processed and packaged in our plants in Stadelhofen, Altendorf and Nortorf. We use state of the art equipment such as x-ray scanners and optical sorting. Whether flakes, dices, granules, powders or blends, we offer a wide range of options to choose from. In addition, we also manufacture roasted and toasted products.

• Through our on-site blending and packaging facilities we can offer customized vegetable and herb mixes, fruit mixes, as well as bouillons, gravy, sauces, soups and desserts. Our range of services also includes co-packing activities.
