Dairy Industry Inoorporated, d/b/a Key Industrial

Originally founded in 1949, Key Industrial began operations under the name Dairy Industry Equipment and Supply Company, specializing in supplying dairy processors throughout Northern California. The original office and warehouse was located in San Francisco, California. In 1959 the company was incorporated under the name Dairy Industry, Incorporated.

In 1965 the decision was made to actively expand sales into other food processing industries such as canners, bakeries, soft drink bottlers and meat packers. With that in mind, the name Key Industrial Associates was born to serve these industries. Between 1965 and 1989, the company operated under the two distinct names of Dairy Industry, Inc. and Key Industrial Associates. In May of 1989 the decision was made to operate under the one name of Key Industrial to all industries. Our official name remains Dairy Industry Inoorporated, d/b/a Key Industrial.

Now located in the beautiful Napa Valley, what started as a 500 square foot office and warehouse with two founders, has grown into a 16 employee operation with over 15,000 square foot in office and Warehouse space. We take pride in the fact that we have been successful for close to 60 years and look forward to continual success and growth.
