The basis of all our drinks are the hand-picked old apple varieties of the natural, eco-certified orchards.

From them we produce high-quality cider, juice and - in combination with vegetables, herbs and berries from German organic fields - spritzers. We only use typical regional apple varieties such as the Minister of Hammerstein or the Flamed Cardinal - a difference you can taste!
