Caté is good for fair coffee trade: We only purchase our raw materials from farms that are ecologically sustainable and that we know personally. Caté is good for coffee farmers and pickers: the people in the fields are paid fairly. Their work is more valuable because not only the coffee bean but also the pulp of the coffee cherry is processed from their harvest. Caté is good for the environment: The waste of valuable resources is stopped, because the previously unused pulp of the coffee cherry does not end up in mountains of waste or in rivers, but becomes the delicious basis for our drink.
