It all started when I was pregnant with my twins and wanted to bake cookies for friends. Because of the pregnancy I was not allowed to nibble the dough, as usual, because there were raw eggs in the dough. But if I leave the eggs out, I thought I should be able to nibble the dough without any problems. Maybe it was the hormones, but you can't imagine what would happen if a woman pregnant with twins wanted to nibble cookie dough... ...she sends her sweetheart directly to the supermarket to buy ingredients for the recipe development and forces him to help her develop the perfect recipe for the next year and a half. In February 2017 the time had come: We founded Spooning to make what we think is the best snack available to all dough lovers.
