Already in the year 2016 we decided together to start our own business with this idea. With The Prep, we want to make this a reality in 2018 and produce healthy, delicious ready-made meals. For this purpose we have completely renovated a listed barn from 1890 together with many diligent helpers. A kitchen with storage that fits perfectly to our processes is now finished. Still this summer we can start to cook our delicious dishes for you. This idea was born out of pure self-motivation. Eating a healthy diet means spending a lot of time. To spend this time beside work, sport, friends and sleeping is not always easy. Even at work the question "What do I eat for lunch today?" has always bothered us. Pizza? Döner? Hamburger? Hamburger?
