Health and nutrition play an important role for Gennadi. He loves to cook fresh and healthy. But whether at university or at work, at some point you reach your time limit and have no time in between to eat something healthy.

Something had to be prepared that could not only be prepared quickly and as uncomplicatedly as possible, but that was also healthy and provided the energy needed at the same time.

Thus the idea for drinking food was born! Since the aspect of a healthy meal is very important, it was clear from the very first hour of Drink Food not to use any chemical additives and to use only purely natural ingredients. Therefore there are neither preservatives nor "vitamin tablets" in Drinking Food. At that time, however, it was not possible to drink without chemicals because the finished drink did not have an appealing consistency. Fortunately, Gennadi met the chemist Timon through a mutual friend.

Timon is so familiar with the interaction of different molecules that he has not only written his doctoral thesis but has also further developed the recipe in such a way that it has a pleasant consistency without the use of chemicals: Drinking food only needs to be mixed with a little water and shaken well in order to obtain a nutritious food shake. And this not only satisfies, but supplies the body with all important nutrients - according to the recommendation of the German Nutrition Society. The feedback from our customers has shown us that there are not only people who want to eat fast & healthy with COMPLETE, but also want to lose a few kilos or build muscle mass, we have developed two further product lines that convey exactly this benefit and all of which have in common that the BIO are and consist only of natural nutrients.
