Our path began with an idea:

Healthy organic meals directly from the field to the table. Ready to eat, fresh and regional.

That's why we tried, combined and fiddled with the products of our partner farms until our creations were ready for the demanding Hamburg customers.

OUR VISION:

To give people easy access to a healthy and conscious diet of the best organic quality. By using local, sustainably grown ingredients for the "To-Go" area, we wanted to show that it is possible to re-establish the connection between the customer and the producer even where one would not expect it and thus regain the confidence of the consumers.
