We are the couple Jessica and Leslaw Reiniger. Our two children and several family members suffer from various intolerances, including celiac disease.

Out of need and love for our family we discovered a fascinating and beautiful, gluten-free baking world by chance paired with the technical know-how.

With the invention of smartmehl and the development of new baking methods, it was possible for us to make our lives completely normal in terms of food technology.

The interest became bigger and bigger, so we founded a family business, the Smart GF Foods, to bring the smart flours on the market, so that as many people as possible could experience the same.

Each bag was lovingly handmade, packed and shipped to our customers with great hope and an important mission. We had sent a piece of quality of life in every package with the hope to enrich, make easier and more normal the lives of these families.

Today we manufacture our products in our small factory in Rheurdt. Due to the partial automation we were able to reduce the manual work a bit and can fulfill your wishes faster.
