We create unique sensory profiles for individual flavors, enabling flavors discrimination, comparability and search. iSense does not only produce unbiased sensory data, it provides digital tools such as a “flavor collection manager” and a “flavor market place”. This enables to optimize, benchmark, search and promote extensive flavour collections, generating productivity, speed and commercial reach. Flavor houses can optimize their collection, improve briefing response time and accuracy, and publish flavors, gaining commercial reach. Food and beverage makers will benchmark and search their own collection, scan the market place for new flavors, and order samples from a large pool of differentiated suppliers.
