Kraut und Korn is a small herb and spice manufactory from the Eifel.

Our focus is on wild herbs. These exciting and surprising plants can enrich the cuisine far beyond rosemary, parsley and coriander.

However, we don't just walk through the forest and pluck what we like. Commercial collecting of wild herbs is subject to very strong restrictions in Germany anyway.

We therefore source our ingredients from selected suppliers, some of whom cultivate them and some of whom source them from nearby countries.
