Mrs. Ginger company founder Amarilis Bilbeny - how the love of singing developed into the love of ginger juice

Originally from Lausanne, Amarilis toured many countries as a soprano. In the course of her singing career, she came across ginger - the health-promoting miracle tuber - because in her profession she was always dependent on a good immune system. Only a healthy fit body can produce a great voice, and ginger quickly turned out to be the perfect "throat cleaner." Initially, she ate the pure ginger tuber in small pieces or drank the ever-famous ginger water: freshly cut ginger pieces infused with hot water. In 2011, she moved to the Hanseatic city of Hamburg for the lead role of the bride in "The Vampire" and she stayed in the beautiful north of Germany. At that time, inspired by Asian and African cuisine, she started cold-pressing the ginger tuber and experimented with the direct ginger juice obtained in this way in combination with vanilla.
