With much idealism and love we produce our mustards, sauces and vinaigrettes by hand. It goes without saying that we only use high-quality, natural ingredients and refrain from artificial additives, flavours and preservatives. After all, this is what makes us manufactories and distinguishes us from industrial companies.
Apart from these self-evident facts, what distinguishes us? First of all, of course, there is the unique taste and the many different ways in which our products can be used, whether purely or as the icing on the cake of your own creations. A good mustard does not need sausage!
It is certainly also remarkable that we meticulously ensure, both during storage and throughout the entire production process, that the mustard never gets warmer than 25 degrees so as not to destroy the valuable essential oils of the mustard seed. We do not boil anything to death.
Last but not least there is the fact that we do not have a basic mustard which is varied according to the variety, but that each mustard is produced according to its own recipe. Each mustard is stirred for a very long time and with a lot of feeling, then left to soak open overnight and develops its characteristic sharpness through oxidation and fermentation before it is allowed to enter the glass for final maturation.
